Personal data and cookies

Contact form

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a subject and your message. This information is only used to answer your request: it is stored on the website’s server and emailed to the band members in charge of replying.

It is never sold, passed on to anyone else or used to send you advertising. The data controller is the website’s publisher (see the legal notice above).

Retention period

Messages are automatically deleted from the server three years after they arrive. The copies received by email are not kept any longer.

Members’ area

La Cambuse, the band’s private area, is only open to people invited by an administrator. For each account, it stores the name, the email address and, when they are filled in, the phone number, instruments and photo. This information is only used to organise the band’s activities, is only visible to the other accounts and is never passed on to anyone else. Only the band members an administrator chooses to show appear in the “Crew” section of the website, with their role, instruments, photo and presentation text; their contact details stay private. A deactivated account can no longer sign in; to have it deleted, write to contact@libertalia-legroupe.com.

Cookies and third-party services

This website uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies and does not track you across websites. Only the administration area and La Cambuse, the band members' private area, use a technical sign-in cookie.

Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube (Google). The YouTube player, in privacy-enhanced mode, only loads when you start a video.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can access, correct or have deleted the information about you, or object to its use. To do so, write to contact@libertalia-legroupe.com or use the contact form.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
